Tired of Trash

Taking a break from trail work?  Instead of clearing brush on the Linville Gorge Trail, a great crew carried trash today, hauling heavy stuff up from the deepest part of the gorge.  Tires?!!  Why are there tires in the gorge?  Turns out these things float despite their weight, and they get carried into the gorge when the river floods.
